We are seeking an immigration attorney with a minimum of 5 years of business immigration experience to join a top rated Minneapolis law firm. The department is concentrated to immigration practice on employment-related projects. These include all types of nonimmigrant work visa petitions and applications, PERM labor certification applications, EB-1 and EB-5 Applications, I-9 and e-verify advice, and placement of key employees in foreign countries. Dorsey's immigration attorneys also support and train clients in immigration program management and compliance, and supervise the work of paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation.
The ideal candidate will have the following
Qualifications:
5 years or more of extensive employment-based immigration practice experience, representing corporate clients and covering the above-mentioned areas of business immigration law (in particular PERM Labor Certification applications)
EB-5 application experience strongly preferred
Ability to manage substantial case load
Ability to supervise paralegals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to meet the demands of our clients
Excellent team player
Strong academic background
Foreign language ability (particularly Chinese or Spanish) preferred

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
