Shall:
Execute data-driven scientific-Decoupled molding process.
Perform complex testing and analysis in the development of the process.
Optimize tooling and function of tools.
Monitor production phase parameters and controls.
Analyze in-mold,
computer
acquired data, implement in-process quality controls.
Achieve stable, cost saving processes.
Candidate should have a BS degree or equivalent education-experience, have strong project management experience working on multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent opportunity to fill a role in a rapidly growing, well-established company. Salary $70,000 to $100,000 plus bonus plan; company paid full family coverage medical, dental, prescription and vision; matched 401(k); and stock options are only parts of the complete program.
