Looking for a Technology Recruiter within our client who will be responsible for assisting with sourcing and recruitment strategies with a primary focus on Technology needs.
The Technology Recruiter will provide recruiting support for very specialized technical positions across the enterprise. This individual will be expected to plan and conduct innovative recruiting strategies to recruit top industry talent in a very competitive and specialized industry. The Senior Recruiter will work with human resource partners and business leaders to create and execute a strategic recruiting plan. The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic project planning, leadership, and attention to detail. This individual will ensure all positions are managed in accordance with the clients recruitment policies and procedures. Additionally, this individual will be tasked with ensuring the hiring process is compliant with EEO and OFCCP directives.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of Recruiting or Human Resource Experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
-4 years of direct, relevant and recent experience in identifying and recruiting candidates for technical professionals and/or mid to senior level technical management positions in either a retained, agency or corporate recruitment environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven success using both standard and non-traditional sourcing strategies with a demonstrated proficiency of complex search techniques.
- Experience developing pipelines of prospects for both current and future open positions.
- Documented success recruiting diverse individuals and developing diversity recruiting strategies.
Proven ability to negotiate and consult on complex compensation packages.
- Proven success in a Retained or Agency Recruiting environment.
Strong change management skills with proven experience guiding managers and partners thru change.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact, diplomacy and political savvy.
- Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated, driven and self directed.
- Ability to work on a virtual team with a sense of urgency for results.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
