Summary:
This
executive
position will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for product management and product marketing for all Digi branded products. This includes driving a clear definition of our target markets, customers, competitors, products and applications and implementing compelling product marketing programs to maximize market share and revenue.

Essential Functions and Duties:
Working with engineering leadership to develop product roadmaps that develop new markets, exceed customer demand, grow revenue, and maintain our leadership position in M2M devices.
Manage the lifecycle of all products, ensuring profitability, customer retention, and focus in the market.
Ensure effective revenue and profitability planning. Work with sales and operations to effectively forecast revenue and customer demand.
Build strong executive level relationships with sales, strategic customers and partners. Provide executive support for strategic deals and represent Digi in external trade shows, conferences and other speaking engagements.
Coordinate with marketing leadership to ensure delivery of marketing strategies and initiatives that support product and solution positioning strategies.
Continually develop expertise on Digi ecosystem, its opportunities, threats, competitors, technology shifts. Drive market requirement definition and product roadmaps that leverage this intelligence. Provide education and guidance to the sales team to fuel their sales process.
Provide support to sales in the form of education, presentation materials, participation in customer sales calls, and response to custom product or solution requests.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, growth, transparency, customer intimacy, and fun.
Consistently hire and develop talented employees that are passionate about customers, accountable for the success of their product line, and focused on team success.



Position Requirements:
BS/BA in technology field of study with 15+ years of career experience.
A minimum of ten years of successful experience in a senior level product management position within the industrial grade wireless device industry. A focus on cellular and/or RF technology provides a huge advantage.
Some exposure / technical experience with embedded wireless technology.
A track record of success in product management. Demonstrated results in the launch and sale of B2B technology in new markets and to new customers.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of professionals, manage the product definition and launch process, hire and train talented staff and manage executive level customer interactions.
Exemplary leadership and positive influencing skills with the ability to build constructive relationships across the organization, with employees, customers and partners.
Entrepreneurial, high energy, high intellectual and analytical skills possessing the ability and desire to lead in a team-oriented, non -hierarchical environment.
Strong change management skills with the ability to lead teams through positive organizational growth and evolution.
A track record of success in developing markets, growing revenue and meeting commitments.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
