Full-Time Housing Certification Specialist
for our administrative office located in Saint Paul, MN.
Our Housing Certification Specialist will assist Property Managers in effectively managing Accessible Space, Inc.'s (ASI) properties by ensuring that all processes and documentation related to move-in and certifications are in compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The successful candidate must have experience in high volume Property Management including calculating rents
Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) Certification preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of project based rental assistance is required.
