Currently Hiring:
Community Manager and Assistant Manager - previous experience in residential property management in collections/bookkeeping skills strongly preferred. Budget experience for Managers as well.
Leasing Manager - strong history of Leasing/Sales Management with the ability to direct and motivate a sales team, strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of Yardi or Onesite (based on business need) preferred
Leasing Professional - must have outstanding customer service and sales ability and strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills
Maintenance Supervisor - must have previous experience, EPA certification, and bilingual skills strongly preferred
Maintenance Technician - Provides assistance by performing general maintenance duties. Previous experience in a maintenance role and EPA strongly preferred
Make Ready - Makes all repairs and improvements to apartments prior to resident move-in.
Groundskeeper - Maintain the appearance of community's grounds. Previous experience and bilingual skills strongly preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
