Hours: Flexible schedule between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Position
Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of marketing, communications, and promotional activities to effectively enhance the position and image of the company through various sales and business development goals and objectives.
Qualifications Required:
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related role
Associate's Degree in related business field
MS Dynamics or similar CRM knowledge
Adobe InDesign skills
MS Office proficiency
Qualifications Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related business field
Kentico or comparable CMS familiarity

Functions and
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Communications
Oversee the content and production of collateral materials including but not limited to case studies, testimonials, sales kits, advertising and direct mail pieces
Create and implement sales messaging in various vehicles including sales campaigns, correspondence and other forms of communication
Oversee the content, schedule, production and distribution of quarterly corporate client newsletter and staff newsletter (InDesign)
Oversee website content updates utilizing CMS (Kentico)
Create event, seminar, and webinar content
Create and manage trade show materials
Oversee marketing-related activity with CAI and CAI-MN, and any other industry-related entities
Manage media activity and contacts
Create social media campaigns and oversee activity including corporate LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter accounts adhering to corporate social media policies
Continually seek out innovative ways to communicate our value to prospects and clients
Sales and Business Development
Develop, execute and measure sales and marketing campaigns to identified audiences including prospects, past prospects (closed lost opportunities) and existing clientele
Assist sales personnel to execute sales activity from first touch to close of sale
Develop and manage the planning and execution of events such as roundtables, seminars, and webinars
Monitor and measure sales efforts
Direct industry research efforts in conjunction with corporate
Monitor competition and keep on top of industry trends; report findings to Executive team
Coordinate local marketing with national marketing team.
Administrative
Direct CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) maintenance and strategy including task management and reports
Oversee data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
Supervisory
Manage Sales and Marketing Assistant

Oversee website content updates utilizing CMS (WordPress), as time permits
Other sales and marketing initiatives as determined by the President, Director of Construction Services and Director, Maintenance Services, as time permits
Physical Demands:
Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time
Vision and hearing for computer and phone use
Dexterity for keyboard and mouse use
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
