Position Overview:
QlikView Application Support Analyst's primary role is to provide development, administrative and technical support for in-house developed QlikView applications. Other key roles include maintenance and operation of critical business applications and the ability to analyze, diagnose, find root cause of an issue and solve it or escalate the issue to another team or individual. Additionally, the Application Support Analyst should proactively identify issues before they occur which assists in the overall maintenance of the applications. This role will work directly with all levels of employees including having direct contact with clients.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Develop new applications, with the direction of ConvergeHEALTH leadership and guidance from Subject Matter Experts, through a complete life-cycle using Agile concepts
Provide administrative and technical support for assigned applications
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced application issues from the server perspective, utilizing logs, administration or monitoring tools, server configurations and other techniques
Manage and troubleshoot application integration issues and data flow
Support performance tuning of QlikView applications
Recommend and design system changes or enhancements, giving primary consideration to the feasibility, maintainability, client needs and overall financial and quality requirements
Meet or exceed established service levels for support
Required Experience and
Qualifications:
BS degree in computer science, engineering or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in designing, developing or supporting QlikView version 11- or Qlik Sense-based applications
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Skills:
PL/SQL or T-SQL experience
Agile workflow tool experience
Healthcare industry experience
