We have a client in the north metro that is looking for a help desk manager to join their team full time. This role will be focused in leadership on their team and specifically tracking the metrics (call volume, call handle time, resolution rate) and acting as a technical backup for calls that the team isn't able to resolve or require manager involvement. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
