The team member will join the Telecommunications Engineering and Integration team. The primary role will be the design, configuration and maintenance of the IP-based corporate telephony infrastructure utilizing multiple high availability based Session Border Controllers and associated carrier infrastructure. Additional responsibilities include (but not limited to): Execute change into the above environments via the WF change control process, and assist on mitigating risk for the enterprise by proactively addressing capacity problems or any voice system related issues. Participate and/or lead enterprise level projects from an engineering perspective, responsible for creating/updating voice system documentation and designs with responsibilities for designing, implementing, testing, and researching industry best practices and applying them to the solutions implemented within Wells Fargo voice solutions. Serves as a high level technical resource on Foundational Process definition, certification, Risk Analysis, CORT remediation and reporting for the Session Boarder Controller platforms and carrier infrastructure.
Planning, analysis, design & implementation of all voice telecom circuit services to include T1 s, PRI s, POTS, 1MB, 1FB, CLID, SIP trunking and Concurrent Call Path (CCP). Design TDM and SIP voice capacity across voice platforms against current configurations to provide diversity (Carrier, POP/Switch and Local), scalability (supporting forecasted and organic growth) and supportability (services that are proven and stable). Provide TDM and/or SIP voice capacity sizing based on requirements and analyze call flow details/volumes while applying Erlang traffic management, Call Admission Control, call flow trends and defined thresholds for voice capacity.
Develops and provides specifications for complex voice systems, design and test Voice / IPT communications solutions. Designs complex system upgrades. Leads the evaluation of vendor proposals, conducts network studies and traffic analyses, supports the development of network architectures, prepares forecasts of network traffic and capacity, and recommends modifications to the network configurations that reduce costs or improve service. Serves as a high level technical resource on large-scale Voice / IPT communications issues. May direct or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff.

years network operations or network engineering experience.
Minimum
Qualifications:

years of experience SBC/Gateway, SONUS GSX/PSX/EMS/DSI/52XX Series Technologies or 5
years of experience with IPT or Voice Networking products.
5
years of experience with telephony transport (ISDN PRI, T1, DS3, and MPLS) design, engineering and deployment.
3
years of experience with VoIP/Networking protocols such as SIP, H.323, Voice Codecs, MGCP, TCP/IP, JTAPI, SCCP, OSI, DNS, DHCP, and QoS as it relates to support of telephony networks.
3
years of experience providing Tier 4 VoIP related troubleshooting, call routing trace and diagnostic analysis.
2
years of experience leading enterprise level projects from a voice engineering perspective.
Experience mitigating risk for the enterprise by proactively addressing capacity problems or any voice system related issues.
Experience creating/updating voice system and capacity designs.
Experience researching, designing, implementing and testing against industry best practices.
Preferred Skills:

years of Major Telecom Carrier experience such as working for Verizon, AT&T;, Level3 Communications or Intercall working in the Session Border Controller/Soft Switch space and using SIP and TDM technologies.

years of experience with analytics, metrics and Key Performance Indicator development

years reporting and analytical experience using data sets from technology relationship management systems
Experience with Sonus NetScore and NetEng applications
Experience with Excel report development and publishing; SQL Report development and publishing.
Enterprise level experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and TDM / IP PBX experience.
Integration experience with Call Center applications
Experience with Enterprise call routing and dial plans
Experience with Genesys call routing.
Experience with call recording technologies (WITNESS/NICE).
Strong familiarly with high speed optical transport solutions such as OC3, OC12, OC48, and Metro E services such as DWDM, GigE over SONET, 10Gig metro services.
Strong understanding of G.729, G.711 and Wideband Codec s and their use.
Database experience with varying platforms (Oracle, Informix, MySql, Postgres).
Solid understanding of call admission control or CAC development and designs for enterprise level UC environments and networks.
CCIE Voice experience desired
Experience and working knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint.
Experience with Microsoft business intelligence tools such as PerformancePoint, PowerView, PowerPivot and other dashboard presentation tools within this suite of products.
