We currently have an exciting opportunity for aSpecialty Pharmacy Program Analystto work in our Pharmacy Administration department. The Specialty Pharmacy Program Analyst will oversee functions of the specialty pharmacy program working cross-functionally with many areas of the company. Key areas of responsibility include management of the specialty claim review process, analysis of claim utilization patterns, and participation in vendor relationship management.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Manages the processes for review, audit and reconciliation of medical and pharmacy specialty claims ensuring appropriate pricing and utilization.
2. Evaluates and triages high cost medical and pharmacy specialty claims for identification of improvements in Triple Aim Goals.
3. Works cross-functionally to ensure the pharmacy system is updated with current pricing and other pertinent information relating to specialty pharmacy.
4. Provides support for specialty pharmacy reporting and drug utilization review activities. Works with Health Informatics to maintain and update existing pharmacy reports. Analyzes data and identifies trends and patterns for leadership and other staff as needed.
5. Facilitates the Quality Utilization Improvement program for specialty pharmacy.
6. Participates in the management of specialty pharmacy partner relationships.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
2-4 years previous job experience in pharmacy at a health plan, health system or pharmacy benefit manager (PBM)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong project management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and maintain effective relationships with peers and customers
Ability to work independently
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Knowledge of HealthPartners systems
Experience working with Specialty Pharmacy Programs or Pharmacies
Experience working with databases.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
