Responsibilities:
Supports the Joint Strike Fighter program (JSF)
Manage existing databases to ensure data sets are property classified, secured and available to those users that the government has authorized and approved. Ensure database services meet legislated retention requirements. Monitor database logs for errors, warnings, performance issues, or questionable activities. Ensure database administration activities comply with the F-35 program change management process.

Qualifications:
Minimum of ten (10) years working experience in information systems with at least 7 years in relational database administration. At least five (5) years experience administering Progress, Sybase, or Microsoft SQL Server. Working knowledge of all listed databases is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of Unix commands and scripting.
BS/BA degree Computer Science or related IT discipline
Possess (or achieve within six months of TOA) IAT Level II certification in Information Assurance
Must be a US citizen
Active Secret clearance

Must be able to lead projects on varying scales, and work with technical teams on all levels and disciplines. Must understand business processes and have the ability to thoroughly understand the technology to address client's requirements.
