Property Administrator

Do you have experience with departmental moves/workplace solutions/space planning? If so, we'd love for you to consider this opportunity as a Property Administrator at U.S. Bank. In this high-visibility role, you'll support U.S. Bank's Corporate Headquarters and other properties in downtown Minneapolis.
In this role you'll provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for Property Managers/Regional Property Managers. Other duties may include:
collects and interprets data to produce reports; conducts special projects; coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; and composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
