We are seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team. HR Managers at General Mills possess a strong business mindset and exceptional partnership skills which they rely upon to develop strategies for an innovative, flexible, and dynamic organization. You will enjoy a new role about every two to three years to gain experience and skills. As you grow, you'll gain responsibility as you're aligned with positions that fit your interests and strengths.
The HR Manager role owns all business partner accountabilities including: career development, performance management, calibration and retention for employees. Additionally, an HR Manager can own aspects of key people priorities & key focus areas like diversity/inclusion, recruiting and organizational design.
Key Responsibilities may include:
Partner with business leaders across the organization and relevant operating units to drive business performance using strong HR knowledge, change management expertise, and business acumen
Coach and influence business leaders to utilize sound judgment and leadership/management practices
Lead key HR initiatives in support of the organization focused primarily on staffing, employee relations
Lead HR initiatives in partnership with Central HR specialists (i.e. Diversity, Recruiting, Compensation, Change Management)
Counsel managers and employees consistent with GMI policies/practices, legal considerations, etc.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; Masters in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or MBA preferred
Minimum of 7
years of related experience
A strong background with generalist accountabilities required, including change management, leadership development, and organization design
A track record of strong coaching, conflict management and influence up, down, and across the organization is essential
Proven experience working within a global function/matrix highly desired

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
