TSM Advisorypractice focuses on growth companies to embrace digital technologies and advisesthem to transform processes and increase employee productivity and enhanceclient engagement.
Essential duties and
Responsibilities:
Deliver project work around Internet of Things (IoT) assessments and implementations
Build business case for IoT implementation, align with existing business strategy and develop ROI-generating use case opportunities
Define organizational capabilities required to integrate connected solutions into the operating model
Understand IT architecture and the IoT technology stack to develop technology enablement roadmaps and IoT proofs of concept, and to scale and operationalize IoT technology into the existing technology and business environment
Facilitate workshops and client meetings to develop strategy and roadmaps
Integral part of the digital transformation team to develop capabilities surrounding process automation, cloud strategy, application rationalization, design thinking, and more
Drive digital strategy and innovation projects for our clients in digital domains including Cloud Strategy, Process Automation, Enterprise & Social Content Analytics Insights, Design Thinking, Application Strategy/Application Rationalization
Manage projects using agile methodology to develop POC and production ready solutions
Manage project team both onsite and remote to drive project deliverables
Share IoT expertise with the firm and with clients by participating in podcasts and social media, and by developing white papers and web content
Provide coaching and training to consultants towards digital technologies
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours(utilization)
Assist practice leadership in creating proposals,budgets, and work plans. Participate in other business development activitiesas appropriate
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function, ie digital agency, servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
Hands-on experience with Internet of Things technologies
Strong data analytics background with experience in developing use case, deep understanding of managing data and generating insights thru visualization
PMP or Agile scrum master a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work additional hours and/or travel asneeded.
