Program Manager
Danfoss' Software Solution Services Business Unit is searching for a Global PLUS+1 Partner Program Manager to use existing business acumen and software knowledge expertise to develop, execute and manage a technology partner program which expands the use of PLUS+1 in the global marketplace with educational institutions and technology providers. A proactive champion in partner networks will directly contribute to profitable sales growth and expansion of a partner network user base of PLUS+1 software and PLUS+1 compliant products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Create, execute, and manage a global partner program with Universities and post-high-school institutions for PLUS+1 Hardware and Software.
Create, execute, and manage a global partner program with complementary PLUS+ -compliant hardware and electronic component makers
Become a Global PLUS+1 partner champion for partners and Universities using PLUS+1 Software
Work with other business areas within Danfoss to identify and engage with potential complimentary technology partners.
Build relationships and work collaboratively with Sales Teams of other Business Areas within Danfoss Power Solutions
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in sales or marketing, Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment
Understanding of software and mechatronic systems preferred
Ability to work in global team environments
Ability to communicate and network within a matrixed organization
Proactive, motivated, and self-driven
Strong business acumen
Good English skills (verbal
written)
