The Greenheck Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program is designed to provide recent college graduates with foundational leadership experience in operations to prepare for future leadership roles within Greenheck.
Successful candidates will have graduated with a degree in business, supply chain, operations management, supply chain or engineering.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ROLE:
2nd or 3rd shift for 18-24 months
- Supervise a group of 30 employees to achieve safety, production, and customer targets
- Learn and apply tools and techniques to drive employee engagement and build effective teams
- Learn manufacturing processes and how to align resources to achieve successful outcomes
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities
