Vice President Sales at Alorica in Remote
Essential Job Functions:
o Develop and Execute Vertical Market Sales Strategy to Maximize Sales Coverage and Win New Logos o Align Sales Efforts with Alorica Strategic Operating Goals for Geos, Services, Pricing, and Profitability o Recruit, Develop, and Manage Sales VPs to Maximize Sales Performance o Accountability for Effectiveness and Impact of Sales Presentations, Proposals, and RFPs o Lead and Direct Executive Level Sales Presentations to Prospects and Clients o Utilize Key Reporting Systems (Salesforce, MS Power BI, etc.) to Provide Market, Pipeline, and Forecasting Data Intelligence Education/
Experience:
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience. o 10
years of executive level sales experience selling to Fortune 1000 type companies o 7
years managing teams and developing leaders o AI and consulting sales expertise across multiple industries preferred Skills and Abilities:
o Proven track record in solutions-based relationships. o Demonstrated creativity in analyzing and identifying solutions. o Industry knowledge of interaction centers and specific business verticals. o Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. o Ability to work in partnership with all levels of the organization and client management.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
