The Minnesota Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) known as MNsure is a State based Health Insurance Exchange , funded by the federal (Affordable Care Act of 2009).  The goal of this system was to replace the current Medicaid system to compliant with new eligibility rules and create an organized competitive marketplace to facilitate the comparison, choice and purchase of health care coverage for individuals and employees of small businesses.


 


   Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Worked extensively on SQL, PL/SQL to meet the business guidelines

  • Validated the data from Curam and translate to MMIS from integration layer according to business requirements

  • Worked on migration between the environments and version control systems

  • Prepared Unit Test case & supporting documents, for every iteration release
