The location is very close to the following suburbs: Champlin, Coon Rapids, Anoka, Blaine, Brooklyn Center, Maple Grove, Osseo, Fridley and Spring Lake Park. It is also very close to most of the community colleges like North Hennepin and Anoka Ramsey. Easy freeway access, close to Cub Foods, LA Fitness, Caribou Coffee, Target Corporate, etc. The house has normal amenities like air conditioning, a dishwasher, a deck and a garage. I am a professional who is pretty low key. House is non-smoking, non-drug-using and social drinking but will never be a party house.
