House has two full bathrooms, 1.5 kitchens, a 2 car garage plus shed, 3 bedrooms (one occupied by me), a massive basement and big backyard. I'll also have a ping pong table and gym equipment in the basement. Just a few miles north of DT Minneapolis, blocks from food, parks and shopping. Me; 34 year old professional male.
